Hospital-grade sterilization you can see — built into the OpenCare™ philosophy.
At SONRISA DENTAL, safety is not a backstage process — it is visible, structured, and open for patients to verify. Our sterilization protocols follow strict hospital standards, supported by modern equipment and monitored workflows.
You are free to view our sterilization area anytime.
Most clinics hide their sterilization room. We designed ours to be visible by default. You can see the autoclave, the sealed pouches, the instrument flow — because transparency builds trust.
- Designated sterilization-viewing window for patients
- Fully visible hygienic workflow from cleaning → packing → sealing → autoclave
- Zero “closed room uncertainty” about instrument safety
Our 6-step sterilization process.
1. Pre-cleaning & Ultrasonic Cleaning
Instruments are first cleaned in enzymatic solution and then transferred to an ultrasonic cleaner to remove microscopic debris.
2. Drying & Inspection
Each instrument is checked manually under light magnification to ensure debris-free surfaces.
3. Sealed Pouch Packaging
Every instrument is individually sealed in a sterile pouch with an indicator strip.
4. Class-B Autoclave Sterilization
We use a hospital-grade Class-B autoclave capable of sterilizing hollow, complex instruments with vacuum cycles.
5. Date-Stamped Sterile Storage
Sterile pouches are labelled with cycle date/time and stored without exposure to contaminants.
6. Chairside Unsealing
Pouches are opened only in front of the patient before starting any procedure.
